EP 3barrel vs my capped range but I am sort of "top" of my range!?

Preflop ($3.00) Hero is BB with 9 9

UTG raises to $5.00, 4 folds, Hero calls $3.00

Flop ($11.00) 6 4 6

Hero checks, UTG bets $5.54, Hero calls $5.54

Turn ($22.08) 6 4 6 6

Hero checks, UTG bets $17.00, Hero calls $17.00

River ($56.08) 6 4 6 6 8

Hero checks, UTG bets $66.66, Hero folds

It does not come up too often, but when it does it always gives me a headache.

EP opens 19% there and is smart and agressive, grinding regular
cbet 55%

Flop and turn is clear even though I obviously already know which game we're gonna play at the river.

I maximally have JJ here, TT gets flatted 80% of the time and JJ 50% I think.

Make this river a 2 and I call "because of balance" not because I really know if it is +EV...

I am pretty lost here and have no real clue how to sort this out frequency wise once I called the turn.

Any enlightening advice?!?
