Facing a raise with TP on dry flop

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (3 Players) BN: $2.19
SB: $0.59
BB: $2.19 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is BB with K A
BN calls $0.02, SB calls $0.01, Hero raises to $0.12, BN calls $0.10, SB folds
NL2 - 6max. BTN is a nit. We have 207 hands on him. His vpip/pfr is 16/8. He open limp rarely. Did it 2 other times until now. His steal% is 17%(8/46 occurences). SB is a fish. Few hands on him but we saw him open limp a few times.
Flop ($0.26) A 7 5
Hero bets $0.13, BN raises to $0.39, Hero calls $0.26
I think we should fold. I don't think btn raises any top pair here. He can't have AK, KQ, KJ because they are raised pre. For 86s, 64s, I don't think he raises those. I think a reg would do that sometimes. A nit though imo would just call those. I think it's better to fold here. Vs a reg I would call though. What do you think?
Turn ($1.04) A 7 5 2
Hero checks, BN bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50
River ($2.04) A 7 5 2 3
Hero checks, BN checks
Final Pot BN wins and shows three of a kind, Sevens.
BB lost and shows a pair of Aces.
BN wins $1.97
Rake is $0.07
