facing small river bet Live Game 1-3

Villain in this scenario is a guy in his 50's, is super fishy, cold calling things like 98o in the SB vs 6x opens etc.He seems overall pretty passive and I havent seen him raise hardly at all(maybe not at all entirely) in the 4 hours ive been playing at this point

So villain covers hero for $300

Villain raises to $10 from UTG+2
Hero has QThh on BB and calls (think preflop is pretty close, might be able to fold because his range is probably pretty tight here, but think calling is fine as well)

Flop T76chx
He C-bets $15
Hero calls

Turn 7c(back door flush draw now present)
Pot = $44

Villain bets $25
Hero calls

Riv 4o
Pot = $94

Villain bets $25
Action on Hero

We are getting an insane price, but it just seems like we are never good here vs a loose passive villain, just seems like he really wants a call. his value range is prob like TT+, ATs, KTs, some sets maybe an occasional straight. of maybe 28 value combos give or take, he only needs around 6 worse hands for us to make a call. Do we just pay it off because of random stuff like QJ, KQ, AK, etc, or make an exploitative fold? Open to some perspective from people with lots of live low stakes experience :)
