villain is 28/18 after 69 hands/ 100% fold to 3 bet (4/4) / 2.0 agg / 46% att to steal

i decided to 3 bet pf cause villain looks like hes stealing a lot and folding to 3 bet a lot and i want to have linear 3 bet strategy in SB.

i decided to c bet flop with gutshot and back door FD, but i feel like its a range that help his range better than mine.

when he calls and i pick up a double gutter + A high FD i decided to continu betting cause i have so many outs if he decides to call. but im thinking about that x/r line? what do you think.

on the river, would it be a good card to turn my hand into a bluff? i decided not to do it cause just felt like the board favour his range more than mine and its hard for me to represent something strong here...
