Flatted AA in 3-Bet Pot IP - should I protect hand at any point.

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (5 Players) BN: $5.00
SB: $20.39
BB: $5.46
UTG: $8.12
CO: $5.80 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is CO with A A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.15, 2 folds, BB raises to $0.50, Hero calls $0.35
Flop ($1.02) 5 9 3
BB bets $0.70, Hero calls $0.70
Turn ($2.42) 5 9 3 6
BB bets $1.74, Hero calls $1.74
River ($5.90) 5 9 3 6 7
BB bets $2.52 and is all in, Hero calls $2.52

Villain was 24/20 with 18 3-Bet after 50 hands. The flop came relatively dry but as the hand progressed board became dangerous. Should I start protecting my hand at the turn by raising? Was the river call good? Thanks
