Flopped set multiway wet board

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) UTG: $10.00
CO: $17.27
BN: $39.07
SB: $6.07
BB: $13.18 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with 4 4
UTG checks, CO folds, BN raises to $0.40, SB calls $0.35, Hero calls $0.30, UTG calls $0.30
Flop ($1.60) 2 4 3
SB checks, Hero bets $1.07, UTG calls $1.07, BN folds, SB folds
I have flopped a set in a multiway pot. Flop is very coordinated. HJ and SB seems recreational players so I expect they won't bet so often after my check. Leading flop seems fine then: I protect my hand and get value from worse hands like FD, straight draws, some gutshots on Ax or 6x and rarely 2 pairs. I would like to ask about sizing if it's okay.
Do you consider check/raising this flop vs specific villains for example aggro regulars or aggro fish?
Turn ($3.74) 2 4 3 5
Hero checks, UTG checks
This card is super bad for me. Ax, 6x have straights now and FD have completed. I don't see any reason to bet. Now I have 10 outs to full house and quads. That gives me around 20% equity, so I can call 1/3 bet given the odds. I know the fact that we have great implied odds if we hit so what's the maximum bet sizing that would you call here?
River ($3.74) 2 4 3 5 3
Hero bets $11.71 and is all in, UTG calls $8.53 and is all in
I hit my out and now I think that villain will either call any sizing or fold so I overbet shove hoping he has flush, straight, random trips.
