BB is a fish whit a VPIP of 65% so that is the reason why SB calls. SB is a solid player.

SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.54, SB calls $0.54, BB folds

I think that SB has here many flushes after calling the flop, but still could have 55,66,88

SB bets $1.31, Hero folds

If I call here i hope to see 55 or 66 but at NL10 i think villain would check as well, so I think this was a flush and a correct fold at the river.
