Hi all, I started tracking with Poker Tracker 4 last year and I feel like I'm running very bad, however, have never checked the details thoroughly enough and was just wondering if anyone could help with an answer, or a redirection to any of the videos here please?

I know I'm still making mistakes overall, but I was reading something that led me to this specific stat, and from what I was reading it said that a Net Expected Won of 600,000 vs an actual of -1,800,000 is likely a result of very bad variance. Is this the case, or are there other stats I should be considering it against to understand further? Just trying to understand if I am actually running bad, or if I'm making excuses for the mistakes I'm making.
