Hero call against LAG rec

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (5 Players) BB: $80.00 (Hero)
UTG: $161.25
CO: $35.71
BN: $83.00
SB: $70.83
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is BB with 9 9
UTG calls $1.00, CO calls $1.00, BN folds, SB calls $0.50, Hero raises to $7.50, UTG calls $6.50, CO folds, SB calls $6.50
UTG is very loose rec. I made it very big preflop because he limp/calls a ton. SB isn't relevant here, but he has something like 35% VPIP limp/calls a lot too.

I have a very tight range from the BB here -- 88+, AQ+, KQs. Weaker hands I'll just check.
Flop ($23.50) 3 T 8
SB checks, Hero bets $11.25, UTG calls $11.25, SB folds
Checking is perfectly viable here, but betting for value/protection in a multiway pot with two recs is also attractive. I dislike my bet size here, but half pot can't be bad, can it? I think I would prefer something smaller, or something a little larger which allows me to shove turn if needed.
Turn ($46.00) 3 T 8 6
Hero checks, UTG bets $135.28, Hero calls $61.25 and is all in
Turn is horrible for me. I check and UTG jams for about 130% pot.

I am really not liking my situation here. The issue is this: there's only one overcard to my 99, and Villain is unlikely to be jamming Tx (unless it's two pair+). He is very loose, so he can have a ton of bluffs here. Many hands with Ac, some combo draws like Q9o, J9o with a club, or 98 or 87 with a club, something like 7x or Ax of spades.

I think the decision is close. Against a tighter Villain, I would tend to fold my 99 without a club. 99 blocks the nut straight heavily (97s), but it also blocks some bluffs. Since my range is so tight and I'll fold AK, AQ, KQs, only pocket pairs are left in my range.

Anyway, I tanked and made the call. What do you think?
