How often do people actually bluff here?

Blinds: $1.00/$2.00 (6 Players) CO: $235.44
BN: $301.49
SB: $170.36
BB: $103.70
UTG: $245.67
MP: $200.00 (Hero)
Preflop ($3.00) Hero is MP with ? ?
Hero raises to $5.00, CO folds, BN calls $5.00, 2 folds
Flop ($13.00) K 6 7
Hero bets $4.07, BN calls $4.07
Turn ($21.14) K 6 7 Q
Hero bets $15.06, BN raises to $46.00, Hero calls $30.94
River ($113.14) K 6 7 Q J
Hero checks, BN bets $78.00

This is on partypoker regular table so I don't have exact stats but I consider the BN a tough player. In theory, I know a good player can come up with plenty of bluffs on the turn, but the question is, in practice, how often do you think people are bluffing on the turn? Then again on the river?

Given that, what is your continuing range on the turn and then what are you calling vs this sized bet on the river?

What if the BN jams the river?

What do you think of this sizing on the river in general? My guess here is PIO mostly jams, but are there any good exploitative arguments for it?

On a similar note, let's say you are the BN, you bet this size on the river and a reg shoves? What do you think MP's range is and do you consider making any exploitative hero folds?

And if you guys aren't already sick of my questions and have any comments on the turn sizing by both players I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!
