Hey guys, can you give your opinion on how Villain played this hand? It'll help settle a debate with my poker buddy.

BTN Hero JJ raises to 3x, Villain calls.
Pot: 6bb
Flop -- T62rr, I cbet 5bb, Villain raises to 15bb, I 3bet to 50bb, Villain shoves and I call.
Villain shows T3s (no BDFD)
