I think calling better than raising, because BTN seems loose, and I'm in a relatively good position.

When a nitty player sqzuuezes and bets flop big such this size, I automatically put him AA (don't know why...). We don't have the Kh, so He could either has Kxhh, Axhh and He can semi-bluff / bluff flop. Or even QQ plays this line.
