KQs facing 2x shove on flop with gutshot and flush draw

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BB: $11.90 (Hero)
UTG: $10.00
MP: $11.71
CO: $11.07
BN: $22.59
SB: $5.55
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with Q K
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, BN raises to $0.95, SB calls $0.90, Hero calls $0.85, CO calls $0.65
Great odds on a call and the CO wasn't particularly aggressive, so I wasn't too worried about a 4bet.
Flop ($3.80) 9 8 T
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks, BN bets $21.64 and is all in, SB calls $4.60 and is all in, Hero calls $10.95 and is all in, CO folds
So, the actual pot is $30.30 and we've invested $11.90. That means for this to be a profitable call, we need around 39.2% equity vs two players, I think (Not too strong on the math, still learning.) With what we can say is 12 outs, we have around 44% equity on the flop to make a straight or a flush, I believe. Am I completely wrong in thinking this is an easy call, or should It be a simple fold?
Turn ($40.99) 9 8 T 5
River ($40.99) 9 8 T 5 8
Final Pot BB lost and shows a pair of Eights.
BN wins and shows two pair, Aces and Eights.
SB wins and shows a full house, Eights full of Tens.
BN wins $12.13 SB wins $16.81
Rake is $1.36

As always, thank you for your time.
