My hand thought process (When I 3bet)

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (5 Players) SB: $8.04
BB: $4.93
UTG: $4.54
CO: $7.95 (Hero)
BN: $5.00
33/18 47hands / I see him as fishy player sample is not big but stack size gives away.
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is CO with Q A
UTG raises to $0.15, Hero raises to $0.60, 3 folds, UTG calls $0.45
This player type I will 3bet mostly for value and my range would be: AJ+, 99+ I expect him to call with worse
Flop ($1.27) 9 7 4
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.40, UTG calls $0.40
I cbet small and expect him to fold broadway cards and some small PP. I expect him to call with FD 9x and 7x and some Ace - high
Turn ($2.07) 9 7 4 K
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.49, UTG calls $1.49
I decided to barel this scare card and turn my hand into bluff. I expect high fold freq here, especially when I cbet small the flop. He could be here with wide range: FD(some freq folding some freq calling), Ace high(he is folding) some 9x (he is not folding) 7x (he might fold)
River ($5.05) 9 7 4 K A
UTG checks, Hero bets $5.46 and is all in, UTG calls $2.05 and is all in
I hit my top pair and decided to jam for value, but not sure what worse can call me here. FD are folding, Kx maybe hero me as pot odds are small for him.
Final Pot UTG wins and shows two pair, Kings and Nines.
CO lost and shows a pair of Aces.
UTG wins $8.77
Rake is $0.38
