New German Online Gambling Regulations ("Glücksspielstaatsvertrag")

I justed wanted to quickly know whether other players who are affected by the new German online gambling regulations ("Glücksspielstaatsvertrag") take any actions as a consequence of the new rules that are set for German players. How do the platforms you grind on react to the new regulations that put on considerable financial weight on them?

For example, Pokerstars is not offering any stakes higher than NL200 for players from Germany anymore, all players in Germany get a rake increase of 25% on every NLHE hand played that is raked in the first place, there will be a "pool block" system which means we cannot leave a table without playing a certain minimum number of hands (otherwise there will be a penalty) and we get less rakeback than players from other countries.

Is there anything happening on other platforms that I should be aware of? Am I right that beating the game is still possible even after a 25% rake increase or is this too naive?
