NL 25 - 3Bet KK preflop, got a drawy flop, is a good spot to overbet?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (5 Players) BN: $25.81 (Hero)
SB: $32.77
BB: $18.57
UTG: $25.60
CO: $31.63
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BN with K K
UTG raises to $0.62, CO folds, Hero raises to $2.00, 2 folds, UTG calls $1.38
Flop ($4.35) 9 T 8
UTG checks, Hero bets $6.25, UTG folds
Final Pot BN wins $4.12
Rake is $0.23

Villain is a very good reg, he plays 23/19 and fold vs 3bets 50%.

I saw some videos where coaches overbets a flop and to me this one looks like one of those. If I check my range is capped and he can apply pressure and I cannot defend properly. There aren't strong hands that I wouldn't bet for value in this spot, even TT is a clear bet.

So, an overbet is good? What about other sizings?
