NL10z 3-bet pot bluff selection (part II)

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.53 (Hero)
SB: $10.51
BB: $10.67
UTG: $16.30
MP: $11.06
CO: $17.70
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with A T
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $0.90, 2 folds, CO calls $0.60
Flop ($1.95) Q 4 4
CO checks, Hero bets $0.65, CO calls $0.65
Turn ($3.25) Q 4 4 Q
CO checks, Hero checks
River ($3.25) Q 4 4 Q K
CO checks, Hero bets $1.75

On Qxx flops, the equities run way closer between the 3-bettor and the PFC than on Axx or Kxx flops, however since this flop pairs the low card (PFC holds few 4x) and is unconnected, I bet range on the flop.
