UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $0.90, 3 folds, MP calls $0.60

Guy was kinda reggish with 22/20 and MP open = 29, this is the reason why I 3bet him but now I think that it was mistake and too loose.

Flop ($1.95) J 6 A

MP checks, Hero checks

I guess check behind is ok here.

Turn ($1.95) J 6 A 3

MP bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50

He is reping just sets or AJ, should I just fold here?

River ($6.95) J 6 A 3 4

MP bets $7.31 and is all in, Hero calls $7.31

Again, can I ever be good in this spot? I should just fold, just not sure if on turn or on river.
