Villain is known to be loose and has particularly been spewing around vs. me pre-flop (4-bet jamming 44 from UTG vs. SB 3-bet), although this was some weeks ago.

This spot feels so ugly and I just want reassurance that I'm not overlooking something and making a tremendous mistake here.
