I would 4bet to 2.6-2.8$ with QQ+,AKs,AJs-ATs,ATo+,KQo

V is 3betting with a very wide range, lets say: 22+,A2s+,K9s+,Q9s+,J8s+,T8s+,97s+,87s,76s,65s,54s,AJo+,KJo+,QJo (20%)

And here it is my question. From v's point of view, in my range i have some kings (KQ,KJ, maybe KT), sometimes QQ,JJ,TT,99. How can i determine his bluff freqency in these spots? Finally, I folded the top of my range, because I thought, in position, he would usually XB his Kx (anyway i blocked Kings) and I did not see enough bluffs here (maybe Ts9s, or JsTs). So I think his river range was something like that:

I needed 37% to make this call. Against this range, I had 37%. If i move out some busted FD-s, it would have been a -EV call. I am a little lost now.
