NL10z: SBvCO, 3b, TP - too passive against fish? River-fold?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $4.60
SB: $11.70 (Hero)
BB: $5.26
UTG: $13.90
MP: $3.71
CO: $9.20
Co is no full stack and seems a bit fishy ...13/4 on 23 hands
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with K A
2 folds, CO raises to $0.20, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.78, BB folds, CO calls $0.58
Flop ($1.66) Q A 6
Hero bets $0.52, CO calls $0.52
Against a fish would could bet bigger here (like 0.5 pot)!
Turn ($2.70) Q A 6 T
Hero checks, CO bets $1.94, Hero calls $1.94
I don't know if this check is good or necessary. I think we can gain some value angainst AJ, A9-A5 (ex. A6) and FDs + hands like QK, KT, QJ and so on. The fish seems a bit tighter, that could be sign for the fact, that he would raise stronger hands on the flop and isn't calling like all the gutshots. But if the fish is betting big here, I was concerned ... (big bets = strong (most of the time))
River ($6.58) Q A 6 T 7
Hero checks, CO bets $4.71
On this brick R we can add A7 to his value range - and this big bet size seems really strong to me. In play I wanted to fold so badly ... you too?

What do you think? :)
