NL20 Tough river spot with fullhouse

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (4 Players) BB: $25.35
CO: $22.24 (Hero)
BN: $20.96
SB: $20.40
Villain HUD stats suggest average reg with a high squeeze rate from the BB 3/7
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is CO with Q Q
Hero raises to $0.60, BN calls $0.60, SB calls $0.50, BB raises to $3.20, Hero calls $2.60, BN calls $2.60, SB folds
How do we defend against squeezes? Should we be 5-betting more or flatting more?
Flop ($10.20) 4 4 J
BB checks, Hero checks, BN checks
Turn ($10.20) 4 4 J 3
BB checks, Hero bets $5.10, BN folds, BB calls $5.10
River ($20.40) 4 4 J 3 4
BB bets $14.28, Hero calls $13.94 and is all in

Exploitatively speaking can we ever fold river? Don't think a river lead here is ever balanced and doubt they would ever do it with AJs to stop a chop.
