NL200 nut hand vs turn x/shove

Blinds: $1.00/$2.00 (4 Players) SB: $200.00
BB: $217.45
CO: $287.19
BN: $204.23 (Hero)
Preflop ($3.00) Hero is BN with 9 J
CO folds, Hero raises to $4.74, SB folds, BB calls $2.74
Flop ($10.48) J 2 8
BB bets $2.00, Hero raises to $10.38, BB calls $8.38
Turn ($31.24) J 2 8 T
BB checks, Hero bets $20.99, BB raises to $202.33 and is all in, Hero

need 41% to call. playing vs rec 38/3; over 60hands postflop not much info but doesn't seems passive. Likes to limp/call

Flop always raising top pair + BD, Turn always betting, vs shove it is so bad (I did equilab, if it is straights/sets/2 pairs and few bluffs can't get enough equity). However on regular tables I tend to call off close spots vs people who clicking buttons (min-donk certainly argument for clucking)
