NL25 - Small OP vs an aggro reg

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (5 Players) SB: $16.52
BB: $32.45
UTG: $24.89
CO: $25.40 (Hero)
BN: $25.85
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with 9 9
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.62, 2 folds, BB raises to $2.40, Hero calls $1.78
Flop ($4.90) 7 4 7
BB bets $1.70, Hero calls $1.70
Turn ($8.30) 7 4 7 2
BB bets $4.40

Villain is a 28/23
3bet 11
3bet vs hero 24

I don't have a huge number of hands because I've made a new DB with only the last 3 months of hands, but I remember him to be aggressive as the stats above confirms.
Unfortuntaly I don't have many stats in 3bet pots on him

Cbet in 3bet pots: 3/4
Barrel Turn in 3bet pots: 1/1

I feel kinda lost in this spots where I have a good hand but if villain bets again his range become stronger so at the hand I only hold a bluffcatcher.
Can you give me some guidelines? The nit in me is screaming for help, he's tired of folding the best hand
