At this point weighing villains range towards FDs and TP type hands

Plan is to try get max value from the (likely) fish. I really have no clue what range to put villain on at this point :(.

What do y'all think is the best play here on the river? Do people think villain can have AK, 44, K3, K4 or busted FDs in his range?
