Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with Q Q

3 folds, BN raises to $0.62, SB raises to $2.11, Hero raises to $6.25, BN folds, SB raises to $11.48 and is all in, Hero calls $5.23

Hand is obviously superstandard.

My question is how wide can we go here if opponent is unknown.
I think AK,TT+ should be 4bet. What do we do with AQs,AJs AQo and 99,88 tho.

Do we establish a callingrange here since we're ip vs the 3bettor?
