4 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, BB calls $0.04

Hero bets $0.07, BB calls $0.07

Turn ($0.26) 9 2 3 7

Hero bets $0.22, BB raises to $0.68, Hero raises to $4.50 and is all in, BB calls $1.19 and is all in

River ($6.63) 9 2 3 7 9

Final Pot SB lost and shows two pair, Jacks and Nines.
BB wins and shows a full house, Nines full of Sevens.
BB wins $3.86
Rake is $0.14

Hi all,

Second hand posting here, I'm still working hard to improve my game - any advice is most welcome :)

I was wondering what I can do here?
As you can see It all goes wrong on the turn on a fairly dry board... but just not sure a good line here.
