There is 12 combos of KK+ (he also could have some 5x: A5s (2)). Pot odds are 29%, so we need about 4 bluff combos to call this. 78s (4), 68s (4) for example, some Ks6s etc.
This spot is problem for me, but seems that it is clear call. Plus, if we fold here QQ = we fold all our entire range.
