NL400 Underrepped AA

BB: $504.45 (126.1 bb)
MP1: $378.45 (94.6 bb)
MP2: $593.46 (148.4 bb)
CO: $400 (100 bb)
Hero (BTN): $1,026.04 (256.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Ah Ad
MP1 calls $4, MP2 folds, CO raises to $12, Hero raises to $44, BB calls $40, MP1 folds, CO calls $32

MP2 is a fish, CO is a weaker reg, and BB is a rather unknown multitabler. I've seen him call PF in this spot with a wider range than most and have seen him showdown 88 in a similar spot.

Flop: ($136) 2h Qd 2d (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero checks

I decide to have some value hands that check back this flop and besides QQ, AdAx seems like the next best hand.

Turn: ($136) 8s (3 players)
BB bets $68, CO folds, Hero calls $68

I think villain's range is likely something like 88-QQ, AQ, KQ, and maybe KJdd/KTdd.

River: ($272) Th (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $136, BB raises to $392.45 and is all-in, Hero folds

I've seen villain bet a gutter on the turn when checked to on a flush board and then overbet the river when he missed but other than that, I haven't seen him get out of line and have also seen him stab once then check down with a bunch of weakish hands in 3bet pots. My hand is pretty underrepped but I'm not sure I need to be calling many more hands in my range other than QQ/TT.

I don't think he's checkraising the river with worse for value and I block Axdd that whiffed but at the same time, it seems strange for villain to go for a checkraise with a strong hand on the river since my hand looks sort of face-up as a medium showdown hand like AQ,KQ,JJ that's either checking back the river and/or rarely calling a checkraise.
