NL5 AK IP against turn c/r

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) SB: $9.13
BB: $5.07
UTG: $6.03
MP: $5.39
CO: $2.47
BN: $5.44 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with A K
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.10, SB folds, BB raises to $0.37, Hero calls $0.27
I like calling here so we can extract value from worse A or K villain might have. I only have a small sample size for villain, seems like a solid tag
Flop ($0.76) 7 K 7
BB checks, Hero bets $0.50, BB raises to $1.70, Hero calls $1.20
Villains c/r feels either bluffy or has a weaker K, but makes me feel he's being too agressive
Turn ($4.16) 7 K 7 Q
BB bets $3.00 and is all in, Hero calls $3.00
Villains flop c/r is the main reason I call, as I feel he could have a weaker K or AQ, I dont think he has any 7, and we block KK, but I do fear he bluffed w QQ on the flop and got lucky. So I guess we have more reasons to call rather than fold here?
River ($10.16) 7 K 7 Q J
