NL5 zoom / AKs / how to get a max value on a river

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $8.43
SB: $4.98
BB: $11.61
UTG: $16.25
MP: $7.65 (Hero)
CO: $7.74
SB unk
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is MP with A K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.15, 2 folds, SB calls $0.13, BB folds
Flop ($0.35) J T 8
SB checks, Hero bets $0.22, SB calls $0.22
I have a gutshot + BFD, so I decided to make a cbet. Pretty standard I guess.
Turn ($0.79) J T 8 6
SB checks, Hero checks
I chose to check back here. I dont think that I have much fold equity here and I want to take a free card here and hope to get one of my 10 outs.
River ($0.79) J T 8 6 Q
SB bets $0.33, Hero raises to $7.28 and is all in, SB folds
I have a nuts and that is the topic question:

how to get a max value against op? I was thinking about:
a) raising to $1
b) raising to $2,5
c) jam

I chose to jam, because I dont think that he could fold a 9x here and if he has a worse hand than that he will fold anyway imo.

I am curious about your opinion.
