NL50 TPTK in 3b pot vs a nit

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $123.30
SB: $85.66
BB: $40.30
UTG: $41.45
MP: $50.75
CO: $62.67 (Hero)
villain is 19/14 over 700 hands. Total 3b oop 7%, 3b vs CO 3%, 3b from the SB 6%. AF3, cbet in 3b+ pot f/t: 50(2/4) / 0 (0/2).

Fold to 4b 25%. WWSF 39%. Ive seen him 3b AA, JJ and AK before, but dunno positions.

Basically a nit who doesnt fight for pots.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is CO with K A
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.25, BN folds, SB raises to $4.50, BB folds, Hero calls $3.25
I could 4b/f, but decided to flat. Im gonna 4b/f half the time, Im controlling the frequency by using some suit for each action.
Flop ($9.50) J 6 A
SB bets $5.44, Hero calls $5.44
std
Turn ($20.38) J 6 A 7
SB bets $11.67, Hero calls $11.67
Im getting uncomfortable.
River ($43.72) J 6 A 7 5
SB bets $20.87, Hero calls $20.87
We had PSB behind.

He can have JJ, AA, possibly AJ. Sizing otr means he is valuebetting everytime. No idea if he bets AK...Obv I cant call if he doesnt. So, is this a call?? I think I'd raise 66, JJ and AJ otf. I can have flushes though.

thanks
