Nutstraight on a bit tricky turn

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $12.50
SB: $10.42 (Hero)
BB: $4.54
UTG: $16.70
MP: $16.79
CO: $11.48
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with 6 7
UTG raises to $0.25, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.20, BB folds
Little loose call but hey, sometimes we gotta play these beaties :) Villain is 26/21 3b 8 f3b 75 over 73 hands (RFI UTG 2of7 or 18%)
Flop ($0.60) 9 5 8
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.26, Hero raises to $1.10, UTG calls $0.84
Raise this superwet board with the nuts. Sizing is fine?
Turn ($2.80) 9 5 8 Q
Hero bets $1.60, UTG calls $1.60
I continue my hand, I bet not superbig cause JT is the nuts now, and I don't think I can go 3 streets big vs AA or KK or AsXs... But maybe I should go bigger here...
River ($6.00) 9 5 8 Q 4
Hero bets $2.50, UTG calls $2.50
Smaller bet, really afraid of the JT. And with my weak bet maybe some weak hands may call, some Qx... And overcards offcourse. But probably should go bigger?
Final Pot SB wins and shows a straight, Five to Nine.
SB wins $10.50
Rake is $0.50
