Should I checkraise here? Is it too wide of a preflop 3bet? Or is the line ok?

Facing Coldcall in BB + reraise from PFR with QQ

In this spot, am in a all inn or fold situation? I mean I will run into AA/KK a good portion of the time, and with the pot odds I cant ever really fold on a lowboard. But I am given 33% equity here, but are not closing action. What do you suggest being the optimal play here? Can we jam QQ because of the Coldcaller - which would likely coldcall with AQ in the top of his range - so pretty sure he folds to a jam.
