SB: 113 BB
BB: 195.5 BB
UTG: 53.5 BB
Hero (MP): 234.5 BB
CO: 91 BB
SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB
Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Kh Ks
UTG raises to 3 BB, Hero raises to 9 BB, fold, BTN calls 9 BB, fold, fold, fold
Flop : (22.5 BB, 2 players) Jh 9s 7h
Hero bets 8 BB, BTN calls 8 BB
Turn : (38.5 BB, 2 players) Jd
Hero checks, BTN bets 20 BB, Hero calls 20 BB
River : (78.5 BB, 2 players) 8d
Hero checks, BTN bets 72 BB and is all-in
Villain is 25/17 over 428 hands, note caddy notes are calls 3bets oop JJ,KJos). Has folded 1/4 cbets in 3bet pots.
I would say turn is my standard play on paired board, apart from JJ and maybe some rare AJ they shouldnt have many J in their range.
I struggle with these spots when
1) They bet the turn in a a 3bet pot when checked too, trying to put them on a range and especially 1 that would bet here.
2) Trying to decide what their bluff and value range is on this river. They can have missed FD (AQhh) but T9 gets there as does TT, QT AT KT but not sure what part of this range cold calls a 3bet.
As played, is river a call or fold?
