Question regarding how much rake influences our defence from BB vs BTN
What range would you recommend to play as a call and as a 3bet in the BB vs a BTN 2.5x open? I am asking for NL5. I would also be interested to see how much those ranges differ vs the ones we would defend in higher stakes where he rake is lower.
