Looking for a place to move but running into the same issue every time of being able to verify my income. Have excellent credit, can pay full year in advance, have great rental history, but everyone still says they want verifiable income. Is there a way around this besides having a co signer?

Current landlord has no issues as rent is always paid on time. Not sure if I have to have co signer or just need to find a land lord that doesn't care as long as rent is paid. People still don't see poker as a job, even though you potentially make more than they do LOL.
