River play OOP vs passive player

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (8 Players) CO: $21.85
BN: $21.41
SB: $52.82
BB: $25.00 (Hero)
UTG: $15.44
UTG+1: $10.56
MP: $34.34
MP+1: $25.74
36/4 129
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with A A
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls $0.25, 2 folds, CO calls $0.25, BN calls $0.25, SB calls $0.15, Hero raises to $1.92, UTG+1 calls $1.67, CO folds, BN calls $1.67, SB folds
Flop ($6.26) K 2 9
Hero bets $1.97, UTG+1 folds, BN calls $1.97
Turn ($10.20) K 2 9 7
Hero bets $4.87, BN calls $4.87
no reason to protect my checking range or trying to x/shove him since he is most likely a passive fish. Didnt want to go bigger since I wanted to get called by 9x and I do block nut flush draws.
River ($19.94) K 2 9 7 T
Hero bets $16.24 and is all in
12.65$ left. If we would have more than pot behind, I would opt for a smaller bet/fold. However, I dont think its a viable option right now, since we would be getting incredibly good prize to call once get raised. Check/calling is also meh since this guy would be usually short on bluffs and not value betting thin enough.

I still probably do like to go smaller and fold to a raise.. even if the odds are so good then - if he is soo passive, the odds shouldnt be that important
Whats your plan with a hand like AK or even KQ on this river?
