Hi guys, played this hand yesterday on nL16 vs 23/18, 3bet 8, FT3b IP 50% player

Preflop standard...

This flop is not good for our range because we often have broadways or overpairs that can be outdrawn on this wet flop.
My range is something like this vs reg TAG player: 55+, A9s+, A5s-A2s, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, T9s, AJo+
The best hands we have in our range are 55 (not 3betting this everytime tho - like 50%),88,99 and JTs, then we have nuts flashdraws, other strong FDs and overpairs.
Villain should have nuts advantage on this flop and lots of playable hands as he will often call with many suited connectors.

I don't wanna cbet this flop too often OOP...I would cbet with polarized range here containing only the best hands that can bet multiple times - sets and JTs and strong draws - flushdraws.

I will X/F or X/c on this flop more frequently and therefore I think it's good to X/C even with AA and other overpairs here to protect our checking range. I could cbet with this one as I was holding A of spades tho and I will in some % of time. Also when I bet with hand like this it's pretty hard to play profitably on T and R as there is ton of cards that improves villains range and we are OOP.

I will also sometimes check/call or check/raise with flushdraws and therefore protect my checking range even better. I have to X/R with my nutted hands some % of time to stay balanced but mostly I will just bet BIG with these hands.

Should we even check/ raise anything on this flop ? I would X/R with my best flush draws sometimes - like AKs - AJs because we also have 2 cards that can make top pair. I wouldn't X/R if villain bets big vs my missed cbet tho as it would be pretty hard to make a balanced strategy with this SPR. I could X/R and exploit weak players with my best hands tho.

What do you think ? I think we should play this flop passively and check very often because of our position disadvantage and ranges. What range would you recommend to cbet here and barrel with?

Back to the original hand tho: Flop: I dont like that big sizing but I still have to call with made hand this strong given how much air I have in my range.

OTT I decided to fold the hand because villains sizing tells me he is willing to stackoff on the river and I can be beaten already OTT + there is ton of bad river cards - spades, T, 5, Q....etc etc....It's like half of cards are bad for me on the river and even if good card comes it would be very hard to call shove on the river with my hand as I don't even have blockers + I block As so there is bigger chance he has made hand than he has a draws.
