Hello guys, more of a concept question here.

On FTU, Peter Clarke talks about Selective vs Unselective c-betting in Late position vs Blind defense spots, and introduces the merits of cbetting 33% pot with all our range on dry flops that retain our advantage.

Can this concepts be applied even when oop in non-blind defense spots? If no, should we typically be c-betting selectively with a higher pot %?

As an example, say we open 77 in HJ and get called from the BU. Flop comes Q 6 2 rainbow. Without many reads on our opponent, can we c-bet 33% pot oop here, or how should we proceed?
