Hi interested in the above and the logic behind it.

Coming from mtt background where stacks are shorter it was more intuitive how to play them, but with stacks a lot deeper and it being so hard to realise the equity of the hand oop, I haven't been using them as 3b whereas many video makers here do so think I'm missing something
