TPTK facing HUGE raise - .5nl zoom

HERO($8.89) is UTG
BB($8.37)

HERO has AKcc, raises to .15
BB raises to .77
HERO calls .77
(pot 1.33)

I decided to flat the BB's 3 bet since raise was over 5x my open and AKcc plays well enough post flop in position to just call instead of 4b. Im not totally sure if this is the rightt play or not. I think flatting or 4b are fine, which one is better im not sure about. Any thoughts?? We're pretty deep so leaned towards flatting.

FLOP: 4s Ks 7d
BB: bets 1.56
HERO: calls 1.56
(pot 4.45)

I decided to flat the BB's lead here since he bet pot and our hand is either way ahead or way behind so wanted to keep pot relatively small. If he has AA/KK, even tho we block or even AK then i wanted to keep pot small. If he has FD then i think flatting plays fine vs pot size lead on flop. Idk what range of hands to put him on here. His raise pre was massive and he leads so large on flop that i think QQ-TT are out of question. I dont think he ever has 77/22 here given how hand was played. Shoving might be better than flatting but im unsure.

TURN: Qh
BB: bets 6.09
HERO: folds

I decided to fold cause given how hand was played on previous streets it seems like he has to have a monster here. The Q is also especially bad for our hand cause now if he was by some weird chance playing QQ this way, then he just got there. Also, small percentage of time he could have KQs and possibly play it this way. Idk what value hands he plays this way that we beat when we get to the river. Any insight/thoughts more than welcomed as im still not sure if we played this hand profitably. Cheers
