Turning bluff into value bet

BN: LaVidaMouse: $206
SB: DiPollo: $200
BB: IpMan13: $112.60
UTG: Fischi1707: $205.28
HJ: bodgik77: $200
CO: Hero: $484.79
Villian is a reg

notes:
3-bets BB to 15 vs SB, folds to 4-bet
calls 3-bet IP on BTN with QTdd, raises 20 to 49 on 984dd, bet-calls Q turn
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K Q
Fischi1707 folds, bodgik77 folds, Hero raises to $5, LaVidaMouse calls $5, DiPollo folds, IpMan13 folds
Flop ($13.00) 9 3 T (2 Players)
Hero bets $9, LaVidaMouse raises to $27.82, Hero raises to $48, LaVidaMouse calls $20.18
Not in love with c-betting because the board smacks his range, but my hand is not good enough to check-call, but it does have possibly 6 pair outs, 4 nut outs, and 4 Aces to bluff on.

Definitely should have gone bigger though
Turn ($118.00) 9 3 T K (2 Players)
Hero checks, LaVidaMouse checks
It gets tricky here, because I can't really define his range.
I don't expect him to raise QJ because the hand has too much equity to be bluffraising with, and we block one Q.
And he probably only flats suited combos of that hand pre.

Also don't see him flatting KTs or K9s and raising them on the flop.
Matve 87r or ATs.

I think there is value in betting, but if he jams, I'm always behind.
He could be slowplaying a set,

So c/c > b/f > b/c?
River ($118.00) 9 3 T K 5 (2 Players)
Hero bets $62
Once he checks back, I don't think he ever has better, so I value bet here.
I think I should have gone a little bigger, right?
