Turnsize after raising a merged range

BB: $16.00 (Hero)

CO: $33.36

Preflop ($0.24) Hero is BB with T 8

4 folds, SB raises to $0.48, Hero calls $0.32

Flop ($0.96) 7 2 9

SB bets $0.30, Hero raises to $1.04, SB calls $0.74

Turn ($3.04) 7 2 9 5

SB checks, Hero bets

What Betsize would be the appropriate one for our Range here on the Turn?

I will raise the board with Sets, 2Pair, Straightdraws, Backdoorflushdraws, 2x, but also some semi strong hands such as Q9-A9.

On the one Hand we don't want to bloat the Pot A9 too much, but we still need protection from a Hand like JT, or AdKd etc.

Would our Betsize change when we are OOP for example BB vs BU? In this Case BU would have much more Draws to float the Flopraise with.
