These are my ranges which I 3b from blinds vs BU. BU opens 45%.

My questions:

1...Personally, I only open 40% of BU (I mean standard open when blinds are good regs). Isn't 45% or more too much?

2...I don't have a calling range on SB so I 3bet linearly. It is said that the width of my range is correct, but the choice of combinations is wrong.
What combinations are wrong? Why?

3...To tell the truth, I don't know what a perfect linear 3bet range is. When I try to use a combonator to select a range I don't even know which one is correct. There is a possibility of Sklansky-Chobukov range, propoker tools range, 4-way ranges. E.G. 4-way equity ranges prefer to choose TJo instead of A2s. WTF?
