4-bet pot HU OOP wet flop, unreliable villain

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $6.59
SB: $8.57
BB: $5.44
UTG: $2.40
MP: $28.11 (Hero)
CO: $9.47
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is MP with A 3 A K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.17, CO raises to $0.58, 3 folds, Hero raises to $1.81, CO calls $1.23
Flop ($3.69) 4 7 9
Hero bets $1.85, CO calls $1.85
Villain seems very lose, 59/29/10 over 17 hands which isn't much, but he had 3-betted with AQ95 before, so we may be ahead even on this flop. Hence I went for it. We need 40% on the flop and 30% on the turn to play for stacks profitably. But when we're behind we're likely far behind.
Turn ($7.39) 4 7 9 3
Hero checks, CO bets $5.81 and is all in, Hero calls $5.81
River ($19.01) 4 7 9 3 6

How would you play this?
