Am I becoming a nit?

CO: 442.45 (Hero)
BN: 336.15
SB: 99
BB: 120.50
SB is a 63/18/5 fish that pots strong made hands and calls down with medium strength made hands. He will value bet thinly and bluff catch.

BN is a 69/21/4 fish who is not at all positionally aware and just rams and jams solid equity (combo draws, pair+draws, bottom set, top two etc) on the flop or turn (often calling flop with weak hands with backdoors to jam or fold turned equity) who has been running like the sun (albeit not against me) at this table. His W$WSF is 41 despite seeing most flops, but actually has reasonable SD stats for his style 28/47.

Pre is obv std.
Preflop (1.50) (4 Players)
Hero was dealt J A K 9
Hero raises to 3, BN calls 3, SB calls 2.50, BB calls 2
Flop (12) K 5 J (4 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 11, BN raises to 31.50, SB calls 31.50, BB folds, Hero calls 20.50
cbet seems standard. When SB folds I don't know what to make of the hand. It seems like I can't fold, but I also don't love the spot. Without the bd spades I'd seriously consider folding the flop.

Is there ever any reason to reopen the betting and try to get HU with the deep stack fish and just play very honest on the turn? I feel like this is a disaster and I would never put in a 3bet on this flop in this spot this deep with just top two.
Turn (106.50) 7 (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, BN bets 106.50, SB calls 64.50, Hero folds
BN snap pots the turn, and SB snap calls it off. At this point if SB had folded I was seriously considering c/jamming this blank against the BN. But now I figure I'm probably chopping the main pot at best and there is a pretty good chance that SB has a set or my hand plus a combo draw. Is this is a super standard turn fold?
