open raiser is playing extremely loose aggressive. stats like 85/50. other guy has high vpip (50%) low aggression

MP $50 opens for pot to $0.85. CO $33 flats. I am playing $26 and three bet for pot from the SB with AQT9 three spades to the queen. They both call.

Flop comes 972 rainbow. I have around 2.3 SPR both players cover me. I'm first to act. no backdoor spades. What is my play?
