Bet sizeing help needed.

Hero raises to $0.85, CO calls $0.85, BN folds, SB raises to $3.65, BB folds, Hero calls $2.80, CO calls $2.80

Flop ($11.20) 2 T K

SB checks, Hero bets $7.76, CO raises to $20.30 and is all in, SB raises to $21.21 and is all in, Hero calls $13.45

I do not really know when to bet pot..... generally, but this definitely feels like a mandatory pot bet. I feel my 7.76 into 11.20 is too small.
