Confused by Propokertools output. Pair blocker affecting freq of 100% villain range having specifically trips?

I had been under the impression having a pair blocker should only affect villain's flopped boat %. Or "at least trips." Is this a quirk of Propokertools software or is there a concept I'm missing?
